Pricing Structure
Cost of booking the yacht Xplore for private expeditions (a maximum of 8 clients) :

To confirm a booking :
- 1/3rd of payment will be required at time of booking
- 2/3rd three months prior to departure
- Final 3rd one month prior to departure
Included within the price :
- Accommodation within the 5 cabin layout.
- On board heating system.
- Linen: Synthetic duvet and cover, pillow, pillow case and towel.
- Professional breathable wet weather gear: pants and jackets.
- Offshore inflatable life jacket and harness.
- Quality food, beverages, wine and beer (spirits not included).
- All port entry, exit and landing fees whilst onboard.
- Use of communication equipment, satellite phone and email (does not include transmission costs: please see communications agreement).
- 110v, 240v and 12v power for charging electronics (such as computer, cell phone, camera, iPod, etc.) please check your owner’s manual for specifics.
- Diesel and consumables for yacht and inflatable zodiac operations.
Not included :
- Boots, sailing and shore hiking boots.
- Clothing: thermals, mid layers, gloves and hats (see recommended equipment list).
- Sleeping bag if required for shore activities.
- Specific food for onshore expeditions.
- Spirits/alcohol.
- Personal medical supplies.
- Transmission costs for satellite phone calls and email connections (see communication agreement).
- Travel costs to and from port of departure and arrival.
- Travel insurance for remote areas (we recommend http://www.ihi.com).
